Marketing Channel Reporting
Marketing teams can now see website traffic, email performance, paid social, and search visibility for a community inside Pipsy, sitting next to the sales those campaigns produced, instead of pulling each platform's numbers separately and stitching them together.
- A reporting section carries a tab per channel, so a month can be read across every source of demand in one place.
- Communities that already have their analytics, email, and CRM accounts connected are picked up automatically, with no separate setup step.
- Marketing form submissions come through as lead counts, so spend behind a campaign can be measured against the inquiries it produced.
Coming Soon Status and Public Presentation Control
Marketing teams can now control how a home or homesite presents publicly, separately from its sales status, so a section can be shown as coming soon, held back, or published early without changing anything the sales team records.
- Homes that have started but carry no completion date read as coming soon rather than as available, so a buyer is never shown a date the builder has not committed to.
- Neighborhoods that are not yet selling appear as coming soon on the map and are left out of the available counts and filters.
- The presentation setting travels with the listing feed, so partner and syndication sites show the status the community intends.
- Marketing fields set on a listing are visible on the homesite record, so on-site staff can see exactly what a buyer is seeing.
Floorplan Elevation Images from Builder Feeds
Elevation photos arriving from a builder's own listing feed now land on the right elevation of the right plan, so a community's plan library fills itself in instead of being assembled by hand.
- Images match to the elevation they belong to rather than to the plan as a whole, so a buyer sees the elevation actually being offered.
- Photos uploaded in Pipsy are preserved and are not overwritten by whatever the feed sends next.
- Plan images can be uploaded, replaced, and reordered in bulk, so a builder's full plan set is set up in one pass.
