Offline Field Capture

Inspectors and field staff can keep working where there is no signal. Compliance inspections and drive mode notes are captured on the device and submitted on their own once the connection comes back.

  • A banner shows when work is being held on the device, and a pending list shows exactly what is still waiting to go up.
  • A queued submission cannot post twice if the device retries, so reconnecting after a long day in the field does not create duplicate inspections.
  • Photos attached to a note are resized on the device, which stops long inspection sessions from crashing phones.

Field Notes and Photos in Drive Mode

Anyone driving or walking a community can now record a note on a homesite with photos taken on their phone, and send it on by email before they leave the lot.

  • Notes and photos attach to the homesite, so what was seen in the field shows up on the lot record and on the lot status map for everyone else.
  • A note goes out by email with its photos attached, which turns a punch item into a message to the builder or contractor on the spot.

Shareable Links and Per-Community Widget Settings

A salesperson or a buyer can now send a link that opens straight to one home, homesite, or floorplan, and each community controls which view the map opens on and what its filters are called.

  • Each community sets its own opening view, so one selling homesites opens on homesites and one selling homes opens on homes.
  • Filter labels, status wording, and homesite colors follow the community's own terminology, and additional square footage figures can be surfaced on the cards where buyers compare.
  • On a phone the map takes over the screen with a clear way out, and coming back from a home's detail leaves the buyer where they were.
  • Contact forms can carry the community's own legal disclaimer, and campaign tracking travels with the lead into the CRM.

Takedown Reminders and Closing Notifications

Builders now get an automatic reminder ahead of every scheduled takedown listing the lots coming due, how many remain on the contract, and a link to start the request. Communities can also keep a standing list of people notified before closings.

  • The reminder goes out a set number of business days ahead, configurable per client, and only to builder contacts with takedown rights.
  • Closing notifications go out two weeks before an estimated closing date to a recipient list set per community.
  • New ARC submissions notify the reviewers responsible for them as soon as they land.
  • Delivery notices were reformatted so the lots, addresses, and deadlines read clearly in an email.

Homesite Record Configuration and Change History

Communities can hide homesite fields they never use, and the change history on a homesite now names the person behind every edit with the before and after values side by side.

  • Any additional field a community has defined can be charted in buyer analysis, and buyers can be filtered by home type.
  • The change log is laid out so an edit and its effect are legible at a glance instead of requiring interpretation.

Community Compliance Inspections

Community managers can now run property compliance end to end - inspect a homesite in the field, record what is out of compliance against the community guidelines, and send the builder or owner a corrections request with a dated report attached. Every notice and response is tracked in one place instead of living in an inbox.

  • Inspections are built from reusable templates tied to community guidelines, so the same standards are applied at every homesite.
  • Inspectors can work a section lot by lot from a compliance map that shows what is open, corrected, or overdue, including from a vehicle in the field.
  • Builders receive a corrections request itemizing each finding, and their responses are recorded against the original inspection.
  • Inspection results and material summaries generate as formatted PDF reports, with a distribution log showing who was notified and when.

Mobile Buyer Experience

Buyers on a phone now get a draggable sheet of homesites over the community map instead of a stacked list, so they can browse inventory without losing the map. Filters, sliders, and the sticky header are all sized for touch.

  • The homesite list slides up over the map, can be dragged to any height, and drops back down to full map view in one motion.
  • The inventory widget's styling is fully self-contained, so it can be placed on an existing community website without picking up or disturbing the surrounding page.
  • Setup options now cover form text color, marker colors, and status labels, so the widget matches a community's brand without custom work.
